Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly and yearly plans cancel anytime from your account. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges.
What is included in the free tier?
One workspace tab, hook discovery, preview and editing, and one 360p raw download. Styled exports and HD quality require Pro.
What does Pro unlock?
720p, 1080p, and 4K downloads, unlimited workspace tabs, styled exports with captions and overlays, and social copy tools.
How does monthly vs yearly billing work?
Monthly is $9 billed every month. Yearly is $49 billed once per year — about 55% less than paying monthly.
What is the lifetime plan?
A single $99 payment for permanent Pro access, including future Pro features we add to the product.
Do you offer refunds?
If something is not working as expected, contact hello@cliphoo.com within 7 days of purchase and we will help or issue a refund where appropriate.
What video sources are supported?
Public YouTube links and MP4 or MOV uploads. Private or login-gated videos are not supported via URL.
What formats do you export?
MP4 in vertical 9:16. Raw segment downloads and full styled exports are both available on Pro.
Is there a watermark on exports?
No watermark on Pro exports. Free tier does not include styled export.
Can I use multiple tabs?
Free accounts get one tab. Pro includes a multi-tab workspace for batching several videos at once.
Do you store my videos?
Processing happens for your session. We do not keep a permanent library of your uploads.
