The service
- Cliphoo provides AI-assisted hook detection, video preview, and export tools for short-form content.
- Features may change as we improve the product. We aim to notify Pro subscribers of material changes.
Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You may not share accounts in a way that violates your plan limits.
Acceptable use
- You must own or have rights to the videos you upload.
- Source videos are limited to 30 minutes. Exported clips are limited to 90 seconds.
- Do not upload illegal content, malware, or material that infringes others' rights.
- Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
Subscriptions & billing
- Pro plans are billed monthly, yearly, or as a one-time lifetime purchase as shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account or billing portal.
- Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Refunds
- If something is not working as expected, contact support within 7 days of purchase and we will help or issue a refund where appropriate.
- Email hello@cliphoo.com with your account email and purchase details.
Disclaimer
- Cliphoo is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific growth, views, or platform performance from exported clips.
- We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, within limits permitted by law.
